SAGINAW, MI — The Saginaw African Cultural Competition starts tonight, Friday, Aug. 13.

The festival, happening in person and virtually all over the weekend, begins with a voters legal rights march at 7 p.m. Friday at the former Morley Elementary School grounds, 2601 Lapeer St. in Saginaw.
