California’s reopening means festivals, fairs and fireworks are coming back, including Fourth of July celebrations. Here’s just a sampling.

Antioch 4th of July Parade & Celebration: 8 a.m.-10:30 p.m. Enjoy live entertainment, food and beverages, arts and crafts, and a car show. Pancake breakfast, 8-10 a.m., City Hall parking lot. Claremont Club and Spa Summer of Love: Cookie decorating, 10 a.m. July 3. Decorate a dozen Independence Day-themed cookies, with icing and toppings provided by the hotel’s East Bay Provisions cafe. $40 per dozen. Celebrate Concord: 7 p.m. gates open, Concord Pavilion, 2000 Kirker Pass Road, Concord. This drive-in style event will feature Pyro Spectaculars’ award-winning fireworks show, which starts at dark, set to music. $25 per vehicle. www.concordjuly4th.com
Fairfield 4th of July Parade and Family Activities: 10 a.m. parade, downtown. Activities, Annex Lawn, 600 Texas St. The annual parade returns, along with family activities including food, music, contests and more. www.visitfairfieldca.com/events/

Half Moon Bay Ol’ Fashioned 4th of July Parade and Festival: 11 a.m.-4 p.m., parade, noon-1 pm., Main Street, downtown Half Moon Bay. Featuring music, craft beer, wine, cocktails and food trucks.
